Motti Vaknin, CEO

BeInSync's management team is led by chief executive officer Motti Vaknin. With more than 15 years experience, Motti has a successful history of leading innovative, high-technology companies to market success. As founder and CEO of WebLayers, Inc., Mr. Vaknin drove the company's vision and business execution including sales to Fortune 500 companies and Government Agencies. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of Bridges for Islands, Inc., where he led the acquisition of the company by Attunity. Mr. Vaknin holds an LL.B. of Law and BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Sharon Carmel, Founder & Vice President of R&D

As BeInSync's chief VP of research and development, co-founder Sharon Carmel oversees strategic product development and drives the global market vision for BeInSync's next-generation anywhere data access solution. Previously, Sharon was a founder and served as CTO and the vice president of R&D at Emblaze (LSE:BLZ.L), a leading provider of media centric end-to-end solutions for wireless multimedia. While at Emblaze, Sharon led the company's transition to the mobile wireless market and was responsible for several multi-million dollar deals with Samsung Wireless.

Adi Ruppin, Vice President of Marketing

Adi Ruppin brings a unique perspective and vast experience to his position as vice president of marketing for BeInSync. Prior to joining BeInSync, Mr. Ruppin founded and served as Managing Director of SofaWare Technologies, a Check Point (Nasdaq:CHKP) Company delivering innovative, industry leading Internet security solutions for small businesses. He also served as a consultant to venture capital firms and prior to that as a senior software engineer at BackWeb Technologies (Nasdaq:BWEB), a leading offline web software company. Mr. Ruppin holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.Sc in Computers Science from Tel Aviv University.
