When you edit a file simultaneously on different computers, or when BeInSync is not running or is in offline mode (for more information, see article on the taskbar icon — logging into BeInSync) a conflict will arise. This means that that multiple copies will be created for the file that has been edited. When a conflict arises it will be indicated as follows:
