You may turn on and off the various system tray notifications and alert settings options in the settings screen. Please refer to the following tables for further explanation.
System Tray Notifications:
When a new file is received |
Whenever a new file is added to an existing private or group share, you can turn this notification on so that you will be alerted of this. |

When a file is updated |
Whenever a file is updated in an existing private or group share, you can turn this notification on so that you will be alerted of this. |
By default this notification is turned on |
When a user joins a share |
After a user accepts your group share invitation, you can turn this notification on so that you will be alerted of this. |
By default this notification is turned on |
When a user leaves a share |
After a user removes a group share, you can turn this notification on so that you will be alerted of this. |

You may always close the notifications by clicking on the close (x) button.
Alert Settings:
Always launch Startup Wizard |
If the option to launch the startup wizard is unchecked, you may check it here to display this message every time you launch the BeInSync application. |
By default this notification is turned off |
Alert when exiting BeInSync |
If the option not to be alerted you every time you exit BeInSync is selected, you may uncheck it in the settings screen. |
