The statistics provided are those of the files on your local computer. Statistics of the files on your other computers will be displayed in the status screen on your respective computers.

Number of items in BeInSync
The total number and size (in MB\GB) of all files from all synced and shared folders is displayed here.
Number of updates left
The total number of file updates left on your computer waiting to be transferred is displayed here.
Number of unsynced items
The total number of unsynced files on your computer is displayed here.
Number of items being downloaded
The total number of files and file changes currently being downloaded to your computer is displayed here.
Number of items being uploaded
The total number of files and file changes, currently being uploaded from your local computer to your remote computer is displayed here.
