San Jose, Calif., May 30, 2007 — BeInSync, today announced that it has been selected by the editors at CNET Webware as a finalist in the first ever "Webware 100" awards for its BeInSync 3.0 secure file synchronization, sharing and backup product in the 'data' category. From more than 5,000 user-submitted nominations, BeInSync 3.0 was chosen as a finalist for the "Webware 100" Awards. Winners will be announced on Monday, June 18 and posted on Webware.com, a CNET site.

With more than four million downloads, BeInSync offers users complete freedom when dealing with their data, by allowing them to easily sync, share, access and backup any type of digital content. The software eliminates the need to install costly servers, configure complex Virtual Private Networks or other remote access solutions in order to mobilize data. The company recently unveiled its new BeInSync 3.0 version with new Instant Private File Sharing capabilities, Online Backup and Microsoft Windows Vista Support. BeInSync's new online backup option leverages the Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) from Amazon Web Services, to provide its users with 1GB of the market's most reliable and available storage for free, or 5GB and above with the BeInSync Pro version.

"BeInSync is the only solution available that provides users with everything they need to manage and protect their content," said Motti Vaknin, CEO of BeInSync. "Our all-in-one approach lets users instantly sync, share, access and protect their documents, photos, videos and music, regardless of how much data they have or where they are located."

The "Webware 100" Awards recognizes the best Web 2.0 sites, services, and applications that are leading the next wave of innovation. Voting is open to the public from Monday, May 23 through June 11, where the top 25 finalists in each category will be listed.
